This full remodel and renovation brought a complete transformation inside and out. At the heart of the project was the kitchen and dining area, designed as the home’s focal point. With a generous new layout and the addition of a pantry/utility, the owner now has the perfect space for gathering family and friends — with everything to hand when it’s time to cook up a feast.

Elsewhere, the bathrooms and en-suites were upgraded to create luxurious retreats, combining comfort and style in every detail. New flooring was fitted throughout the property, giving every room a fresh, cohesive finish that ties the home together beautifully. For the teenage daughter, we introduced a bedroom design with a funky twist — a space that feels playful, personal, and perfectly her own.

The transformation continued outside, where the property was rendered and painted to make a modern, eye-catching statement. The result is a home that not only looks stunning but works seamlessly for the whole family — a balance of practicality, character, and modern living.
